On a late summer evening in Georgetown, South Carolina, the life of 28-year-old Daquawn Caderri Cuttino, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On September 6, 2021, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a passing motorist discovered his body on the side of Brick Chimney Road.
