On September 19, 2021, a violent incident occurred in the parking lot of the Old School Lounge on West Market Street in Anderson, South Carolina, resulting in the death of 24-year-old Shyquan Kendrell Kinard. Authorities were dispatched to the scene after reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, first responders discovered the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
