In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Louisville, Kentucky, tragedy struck in the Russell neighborhood. On May 3, 2020, the life of Tommy Tidwell, a 42-year-old Black male, was cut short by violence. Responding to a call around 11:45 p.m., Metro Police discovered Tidwell's body in the 2600 block of West Muhammad Ali Boulevard.
