Shameka Nathaniel, a 33-year-old woman from Lynchburg, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on October 22, 2021, in a shooting incident in Sumter, SC. The incident occurred at the Wilmaranne Apartments located at 237 Broad Street. According to reports, officers responded to the scene around 1:30 a.m. and found Nathaniel wounded inside the apartment.
