In the quiet community of Ridgeland, South Carolina, five-year-old DeAndre Robinson was joyfully jumping on a bed in his family's home on the evening of December 28, 2021. The simple, innocent act turned tragic when a bullet from a drive-by shooting pierced through the wall of the house and struck the young boy.
