William McArthur Hicks Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Neeses, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 2, 2022, following a shooting incident at a Bojangles restaurant in Chapin, SC. The incident occurred on the afternoon of February 1, 2022, when Hicks was shot multiple times during an altercation with Warren Bruce Rumph Jr. The Lexington County Coroner, Margaret Fisher, confirmed that Hicks succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital due to multiple gunshot wounds.
