Stephan D. Harley, a 42-year-old resident of Bowman, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 3, 2022. Stephan, affectionately known as "Toine" and "Harley Boy," was a beloved member of his community, known for his humor, charisma, and dedication to his family and friends. He was an entrepreneur, having established Harley Boys Enterprise, LLC, and was deeply involved in his church, serving as Minister of Music and on the church’s Executive Board.
