Vance Lamar Fowler, a 30-year-old resident of Elgin, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2022. Fowler was found shot dead at the Hallmark at Truesdell Apartments in Lugoff, SC. The Kershaw County Coroner's Office was called to the scene around 4:49 p.m. on the day of the incident.
