In the early winter of 2022, the life of 21-year-old Demarques Rascoe-McCallum of Green Sea, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On the night of Tuesday, December 6th, an incident unfolded in the Longs area of Horry County that would lead to his untimely death. Rascoe-McCallum was at the Sun House gas station on South Highway 905 when gunfire erupted.
