Reserve Deputy Fred Feuser Jr., aged 47, tragically lost his life on December 7, 1994, in Camden, Missouri. On that fateful day, Feuser responded to a call from an off-duty security guard who had confronted two teenagers breaking into a storage building in the village of Four Seasons.
