Keith Mosely, a 34-year-old resident of Jefferson City, Missouri, was tragically killed on April 22, 2012. The circumstances surrounding his death were rooted in a drug deal that turned fatal. According to reports, Mosely had driven from Columbia to Jefferson City to facilitate the sale of marijuana.
