Romell Clemons, a 20-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on January 8, 2014. The incident occurred just after midnight in the city's Gate District. Clemons was outside his home when he was approached by four unknown black men who shot him multiple times in the abdomen, clavicle, and arm. The assailants then fled the scene in a silver, four-door vehicle. Clemons was found unconscious and was rushed to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
