On the evening of March 10, 2014, police were called to a residence in the East Bottoms neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri, following reports of gunfire. Inside the home located at 823 N. Kansas Ave., they discovered the body of 75-year-old Clite Robert Weibel. He had been fatally shot multiple times while sitting in a chair.
