On October 14, 2014, Justin L. Houston, aged 23, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Saint Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred inside O’Fallon Park, where District Six Officers responded to a call reporting a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Justin Houston and another victim, Morrion Lee, inside a silver BMW. Both individuals had suffered apparent gunshot wounds and were pronounced deceased at the scene.
