Chelsea Harris, a 16-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on December 15, 2014. Chelsea was a junior at the Lift for Life Charter School in Soulard, known for her vibrant personality and academic turnaround. On the day of her death, Chelsea and her 18-year-old boyfriend were stepping out of a car near his home on Dewey Avenue when a gunman approached and opened fire.
