In the winter of 2014, a night out in Kansas City, Missouri, turned tragic for 57-year-old David Brian Mostaffa. On the evening of Saturday, December 20th, what began as a social gathering at a local bar on East 24th Street ended in unexpected and fatal violence. An altercation within the establishment led to a man being escorted out of the premises.
