Robert “Bobby” Benedict, a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male, died on August 1, 2025, after a shooting in Kansas City, Missouri. The fatal call came in late that Friday afternoon, around 4:35 p.m., when emergency crews were sent to the area of East 9th Street and Benton Boulevard, near Catholic Charities and the Grace United Community Ministries Food Distribution Center.
