John Baynham Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Saint Joseph, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2015. The incident occurred at the First & Last Chance Tavern in Saint Joseph, where Baynham was fatally shot during an altercation. The suspect, Luis Villegas-Rosa, was charged with second-degree murder following the incident.
