In the winter of 2015, a life was tragically cut short in Saint Joseph, Missouri. John Baynham Jr., a 26-year-old man, was inside the First & Last Chance Tavern on February 5th when an altercation erupted. The dispute escalated to a fatal point when another individual, Luis Villegas-Rosa, drew a weapon and fired three shots at Baynham.
