In the quiet community of Saint Joseph, Missouri, the life of 54-year-old Perry Scott Smith, a Caucasian male, was tragically cut short on June 24, 2016. The well-educated man, who held bachelor's degrees in both Biology and Chemistry from Missouri Western State College, was found deceased with gunshot wounds.
