In the spring of 2018, the life of William Talbott, a 49-year-old Caucasian man, was tragically cut short in Saint Joseph, Missouri. On the evening of April 15th, police responded to a call and discovered Talbott lying in front of a residence with a gunshot wound to his torso. He was rushed to Mosaic Life Care, but tragically, he was pronounced dead.
