In the early morning hours of December 15, 2020, the life of 31-year-old Terry P. Smith Jr., a White/Caucasian male from Saint Joseph, Missouri, was tragically cut short. Smith was discovered near 11th Street and Corby Parkway with a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
