Deborah W. Koontz, aged 53, tragically lost her life on February 28, 2015, in Columbia, Missouri. The circumstances surrounding her death were both shocking and tragic. On that fateful night, Deborah was one of the victims in a triple shooting incident that occurred at 4226 Santa Anna Drive. The shooter, Cornelius J. Parker, was a roommate of the victims.
