On the evening of May 23, 2015, the small river town of Annada in Pike County, Missouri, was the setting for a violent confrontation that ended the life of 38-year-old Clinton D. Collins. Known to friends and family as Clint, the male resident of Annada had spent the earlier part of that Saturday enjoying the outdoors.
