Jose Urias, a 24-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2015. The incident occurred around 12:11 AM at the intersection of 46th Terrace and Cleveland Avenue. According to reports, patrol officers responded to a disturbance call involving a party armed with a weapon. The call was later updated to a report of gunshots at 4710 Cleveland Avenue, just north of the initial location. Upon arrival, officers discovered Jose Urias suffering from gunshot wounds.
