Kareem A. Nelson, a 20-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2019, following a drive-by shooting. On the afternoon of December 15, 2019, Nelson was inside a car near the intersection of East 23rd Street and Indiana Avenue when another vehicle approached and opened fire.
