Brandon Bourbon, a former college football player for the University of Kansas and Washburn University, tragically passed away on April 8, 2016, at the age of 24. His death was officially ruled a suicide. Bourbon had been missing from his hometown of Potosi, Missouri, since April 2, 2016. His body was discovered six days later, approximately 80 miles away in Vienna, Missouri, with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
