Brian S. Salinas, a 24-year-old man from Leawood, Kansas, was tragically killed on the night of September 26, 2021, in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. on the 2200 block of Southwest Burningwood Drive. Police responded to a report of a disturbance and found Salinas lying in a driveway with gunshot wounds.
