In the quiet suburban streets of Lee's Summit, Missouri, a young man's life was abruptly ended on a late September evening. Brian S. Salinas, a 24-year-old male, was found shot in the driveway of a home on Southwest Burningwood Drive on September 26, 2021. The tranquility of the neighborhood was shattered around 9:20 p.m. when police were called to the scene in response to a reported disturbance.
