In the autumn of 2014, a quiet street in Lees-summit, MO, became the scene of a tragic and violent event that cut short the life of 17-year-old Matthew Parker. On the morning of October 30th, the young man was at his home on Northeast Bristol Drive when he was fatally shot in the chest.
