On October 25, 2016, in Bucyrus, Missouri, 38-year-old Billy Dale Bishop II was fatally shot. The incident occurred at 15152 Boiling Springs Road near Licking, Missouri, where another individual, William T. Dumbrowski, 55, was also shot and sustained serious injuries. Witnesses reported that Daniel Glen Campbell approached the victims, made unusual remarks, and then shot Dumbrowski, causing him to fall.
