Jacobsen Laumoli, a 27-year-old resident of Independence, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2016. The incident occurred during a house party near E. 12th Terrace and S. Holke Road, where two Halloween parties were taking place. According to witnesses, the atmosphere was initially friendly, with guests from both parties mingling and enjoying the festivities. However, the situation took a violent turn early in the morning when gunshots were heard.
