On a Sunday evening in Kansas City, Missouri, 18-year-old Isabell Addison was driving her car, with her sister following in a separate vehicle. As she stopped at a red light at Swope Parkway and Benton Boulevard on April 30, 2017, a series of events unfolded that would end her life in a senseless act of violence.
