Isabell Marie Addison, an 18-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost her life on April 30, 2017. She was shot and killed while sitting in her car at a red light. The incident occurred at the intersection of Swope Parkway and Benton Boulevard. Isabell was born on December 28, 1998, to Michael Anthony Addison, Sr. and Dorothy J. Solis.
