On a summer evening in Saint Louis, Missouri, what began as a gathering of teenagers ended in a tragedy that cut short the life of 13-year-old Anthony Wilson Jr. on June 1, 2017. In a parking lot behind an apartment building in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood, Anthony was with a group of approximately eight youths, all under the age of 16.
