On a cold evening in University City, Missouri, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet on the 1200 block of Meyer Street. When police arrived shortly before 7 p.m. on January 31, 2018, they discovered a man and a woman critically injured, both suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
