Rodney V. Thurber, aged 52, was tragically shot and killed on November 11, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred at a second-floor apartment on Tracy Avenue. According to court documents, Caitlyn A. Riffle, 28, and her co-defendant, Patrick R. Powell, were involved in the murder.
