In the early morning hours of December 22, 2017, a tragic event unfolded in the Fairgrounds neighborhood of North St. Louis that claimed the lives of three young women, including 25-year-old Reeba Moore, an African-American female. The incident began as a home invasion at a residence in the 4200 block of John Avenue. Moore, along with her friends Dominique Lewis, 24, and Chanice White, 24, were inside the home when two unidentified men broke in.
