On December 26, 2017, 55-year-old female Rosemarie Harmon was fatally shot in the street near the intersection of 6th Street and Spruce Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident unfolded when Harmon approached a dark-colored, four-door vehicle that had pulled up to the location.
