Te'Von Hardy, a 25-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2018. On that fateful night, officers from the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Blue Parkway and Coal Mine Road at approximately 2:03 AM in response to reports of a shooting.
