Veronica Taylor, a 30-year-old mother of five from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on July 29, 2018, due to gun violence. The incident occurred in the 3800 block of Labadie Avenue, where Taylor was involved in an argument with Lamont Parker, a 38-year-old man from St. Louis. During the altercation, Taylor left her vehicle to speak to someone else, at which point Parker pointed a gun at the back of her head and fired, resulting in her immediate death.
