Kamal Jackson Jr., an 18-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2018. He was walking down Lilac Avenue in St. Louis County when he was shot by someone in a passing car. The incident occurred around 4:50 p.m., and officers responded to the scene shortly after. Jackson Jr. was found in critical condition and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
