In the late hours of a Monday in Independence, Missouri, the life of 28-year-old Shaunte P. McIntosh was tragically cut short. On February 11, 2019, police responded to a call regarding an aggravated assault at a home on West Sheley Road. Inside, they discovered McIntosh, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
