Shaunte P. McIntosh, a 28-year-old woman from Independence, Missouri, tragically lost her life on February 11, 2019. The incident occurred late at night when officers from the Independence Police Department responded to an aggravated assault call at a residence in the 1600 block of West Sheley Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Shaunte inside the home, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
