A late-night shooting in Kansas City, Missouri, claimed the life of 18-year-old Noella Bartley, a female, on Monday, March 4, 2019. The incident, which also left two other individuals with serious injuries, unfolded around 10:15 p.m. near the intersection of 51st Street and Prospect Avenue.
