Noella Bartley, an 18-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost her life on March 4, 2019, in a shooting incident. The incident occurred late at night near 51st Street and Prospect Avenue. According to reports, police were dispatched to the area around 10:15 p.m. to investigate shots fired. Upon arrival, they discovered a car one block east on Prospect Avenue with three individuals inside, all of whom had been shot.
