In the spring of 2019, the life of 39-year-old Delano Dion-Tyrone Brown was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Missouri. On the evening of Sunday, April 21st, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of Lydia Avenue. Arriving at the scene at approximately 5:15 p.m., officers discovered Mr. Brown inside a parked vehicle, suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
