On May 25, 2019, police officers in Saint Louis, Missouri, responded to a call reporting a shooting near the intersection of Union Boulevard and Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. Upon arriving at the scene, authorities discovered a victim inside a vehicle who had sustained fatal injuries. The individual had suffered gunshot wounds to the back and was pronounced deceased by first responders at the location.
