On the early morning of December 9, 2023, police in St. Louis, Missouri, responded to a call regarding a vehicle collision in the Dutchtown neighborhood. Around 4:30 a.m., first responders arrived at the intersection of California Avenue and Osage Street, where they discovered a car that had crashed into a parked vehicle.
