Eddie Hill IV, a 10-year-old boy from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed on July 19, 2019. Eddie was sitting on the front porch of his home on Page Avenue with his father and three other adults when a dark blue SUV drove by and opened fire with a high-powered firearm.
