On a grim Halloween in 2021, the quiet town of Underhill, Vermont, was unsettled by a tragedy that would leave a lasting mark. Brian Russin, a 56-year-old Caucasian male, was found dead in his home on Meadow Lane. The cause of his untimely death was determined to be gunshot wounds, leading authorities to quickly rule it a homicide. The Vermont State Police were called to the residence following a report of a shooting, and upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Russin's body.
