Brian Russin, a 56-year-old resident of Underhill, Vermont, was tragically killed on October 31, 2021. His death was ruled a homicide.

Vermont State Police responded to a report of a shooting at Russin's residence on Meadow Lane in Underhill. Upon arrival, they found Russin deceased with gunshot wounds. Detectives determined that an altercation had occurred at the home, leading to the shooting.
