Justin Douglas Gage, a 20-year-old male student at Texas State University, was tragically shot and killed on December 6, 2015, at The Retreat apartment complex near the campus in San Marcos, TX. Gage was visiting a friend's apartment when three masked men entered the apartment, one of whom brandished a gun. A struggle ensued between Gage's friend and one of the suspects, during which Gage was shot. He was transported to University Medical Center-Brackenridge but never regained consciousness and ...
