In the late summer of 2019, a wave of violence shattered the community of Saint-Louis, Missouri, culminating in the tragic death of 34-year-old Kara Ball. On August 29th, a series of brutal acts unfolded, leaving two women dead and a community in shock. Kara Ball, a female resident of the city, found her life cut short in a senseless act of violence that began with a carjacking and ended in a double homicide.
