Kent Hamm Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2019. According to reports, Kent Hamm Jr. was found with multiple gunshot wounds alongside another victim, Russell Rutherford, aged 30. Both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.
