In the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis, a quiet Tuesday morning was shattered by the discovery of a Black / African American man, 49-year-old Reginald Paige, who had been fatally shot. On November 5, 2019, police responded to a call around 10:20 a.m. that led them to the 3700 block of Meramec, where they found Paige with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
